FettleBelle does not accept returns and refunds for purchased items if you have changed your mind.
REFUNDS/ CREDT FOR FAULTY ITEMS
All products are thoroughly checked at our warehouse prior to dispatch and leave in what we deem as ‘standard condition’.
Please inspect products on delivery for any damage in transit. Any damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No claims for transportation damage will be accepted outside this period. Photos will be required for all damaged items and are to be sent promptly to email@example.com. We will then contact you to discuss a refund/ credit and resolve any issues.
Please do not return any goods to FettleBelle prior to discussion with FettleBelle.
Please remember that our crystal collection is our main range and consists of naturally forming crystals and many of our crystals have inclusions. We do not hide this as we see it as proof of it being a quality, naturally occurring element and inclusions give each crystal individuality and uniqueness.
